Gabriel Lobato
Clinical Director and Supervisor
Certified Clinical Trauma Professional
While doing pastoral counseling at a local church located in Marana, Gabe discovered a passion and a calling to pursue counseling as a profession. Upon completing his M.A. in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, he discovered three things about his life:
1. Greater insight regarding his struggle with anxiety since he was a kid and how to overcome it as an adult
2. How valuable it would’ve been to have had a therapist while he was a business owner to have managed his internal struggles in a healthier manner
3. Unless you grew up in a perfectly healthy home, there are likely triggers and coping mechanisms that interfere with a healthy marriage
While there are a variety of therapeutic approaches available, the types Gabe more often utilizes include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experience, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
When Gabe is not working, he enjoys the following activities with his wife and kids: going to the gym, biking, hiking, off-roading, and camping.
Jennifer W.
Licensed Professional Counselor-23681
Jennifer discovered her passion for counseling while working as a Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor at Ft. Huachuca. Supporting the men and women in service to our country inspired her to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, with the goal of one day serving them in return.
Since earning her degree, she developed a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use. She works with clients ages 15 and older, offering a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy.
She emphasizes research-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She also draws from Existential Therapy and, when requested by the client, incorporate faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process. Jennifer believes in building a true partnership in therapy—where you are the expert in your life and she brings clinical insight and support to help you reach your goals.
Outside of work, she enjoys singing, dancing, kickboxing, traveling, spending time with friends and family, reading, hitting the gym, and water-based activities.
